Rates

November 15 thru September 30

Sunday thru Thursday $75. per night

Friday or Saturday      $85. per night

Weekly rates                Pay for 6 nights 7th night Free

November 15 thru March 15 Special Weekly Rate $350

October thru November 15  Leaf Season

Sunday thru Thursday  $85. per night

Friday or Saturday       $95. per night

Weekly rates                 Pay for 6 nights 7th night Free

Rates cover 2 people per cabin per night.

Over 2 people add $5. per person per night

    Children under 1 free all other children are considered as a person.

Holidays and special events add $10. per night.

Holidays include Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day,

Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years

       A $25 cleaning fee will be charged on all rentals.        

Tennessee State sales tax added to all rates
 

Well Behaved pets are welcome at $10. per stay

We have three dogs and a cat of our own that love company

                                  

We now accept credit cards.  

Personal checks accepted if received 2 weeks prior to stay. A $25 dollar charge for checks returned for insufficient  funds.

 

Cancellation policy: 20% cancellation fee will be charged on all cancellations

no cancellations within 2 weeks of stay

We will not give refunds due to weather conditions, power outages, or early departure.
 

Eviction Policy We do not tolerate wild and loud guest, or any guests who cause disturbances to the neighbors. Staying in a cabin is a privilege, not a right. We retain the right to evict any guest that disturbs the neighbors or harming the property.  We expect you and the people in your group to comply whit the rules agreement you or someone in your group signed. If we or any local authorities receive complaints about you form the neighbors, we will remove you and your group form the property without any refund.
Be aware that these cabins are not party houses. Thank you.
